I find myself really struggling with Shari Lapena’s writings. Her books are all easy reads, but they’re just dry. I have yet to like a single character and I honestly don’t even dislike them that much. They’re just not that memorable. This one was a little entertaining and had a couple of decent plot twists at the end, but my goodness, why did no one kill Erica Voss sooner? She was the cause of everyone’s problems and she just waltzed around like she was immortal. I’m also struggling a little to understand the entire point of Nancy and Niall but I’m gonna let it go.
