Love Anthony by Lisa Genova
3.0
My fourth Lisa Genova book and my least favorite. I wasn't at all happy with a certain premise in the story that required me to suspend disbelief and made me go "Really?!" It felt as if a filler was needed to connect two important parts of the story and the easiest route was taken.
But there were parts in there that are Lisa Genova's strengths, as she has repeatedly demonstrated in her books. To give the reader as close a view as possible about a certain condition, talking about it in layperson's terms without dumbing it down, telling the reader what's happening to that person, and finally showing how that condition affects the families. For doing that again in this book, I give a 3.
