Interesting worldbuilding in the future, and strong characterization. My favourite POV was by far the narrator in the future. Some of the characters made strange decisions that seemed to advance plot/characterization, which took me out of the story sometimes. Two of the POVs I had difficulty distinguishing between for quite a chunk of the novel. I commend the author on weaving the POVs together in a balanced way, her pacing, and the thematic strengths of it.
