Heathen And Honeysuckle, Darby and Leo, the king and queen of my heart.
@sarahabaileyauthor really did something with this book, I’m totally in my second chance romance era and this really is it.
I instantly warmed to Darby and Leo which is rare, usually I need to warm up to at least one of the characters but not in this book. They fall in love in such a natural, relatable way.
And the spice… it’s like, a sour patch kid, it’s sweet in the centre but the outside just hits ya
I’m only disappointed that I’m too old and have too many responsibilities to have a carefree summer romance that blossoms into true love 🥲
