I did not expect this to actually be a ghost book. I thought someone was going to be having a psychotic episode which would have been a lot more interesting. I can’t lie and say that I didn’t get pulled in because I thought it was going to be more thriller than whatever the hell this could be called. If it’s categorized as romance, then that’s so stupid.

Leeds was a manipulative, terrible human. I don’t care about what happened with homegirl or who she ended up being because it doesn’t excuse his actions! He gaslit Layla into thinking she was crazy, and he did literally everything he selfishly wanted then somehow justified it with insane reasoning.

I think I’m done with Colleen Hoover.
