I started reading sandman because I loved the Netflix show, and the book doesn’t disappoint in the slightest, but I’m so glad to be “caught up” to the show now so I can let comparison go. Strangely given all of the excellent plot, my favorite part was the Hob Gadling interlude. I love the doses of pure fun in the middle of the drama.
