The Match by Harlan Coben

2.0

2.5.
Everyone’s heard of the concept of women’s fiction. I’m considering this book and Harlan Coben part of the mens equivalent, that I like to call “Dad fiction”. This is books like the Alex cross series by James Patterson, James Bond, the jack reacher series, the pelican brief books, Michael borne, etc. those are all books that I think are fine for what they are and I get there is an audience for them butt they aren’t books for me. I can’t connect to the characters or plots.
This one is about a contestant on the reality show “love is a battlefield”. He found out he’s adopted on the show (I’m picturing this out of unreal) and anonymously went on a dna match/ancestor site. Honestly I was bored the entire time.
