Sassy, hilarious, romantic, chaotic and full of banter.
This story is about a romance writer struggling to write another book after her divorce left her questioning HEAs. She packs up her belongings and her best friend and moves to small town for a fresh start. It’s there that she meets a grumpy brooding contractor, his tight knit family and the determined citizens of an abandoned town.
There were so many real and raw parts of the story that left me in tears and many funny moments that made me laugh out loud.
This is the perfect summer book and I am hoping the start of a new series. Fingers crossed we will get Zoey’ story and the rest of the Bishop’s siblings stories.
