Salt to the Sea by Ruta Sepetys

I feel lost and sad and don't know how to breathe right now. It's real horror what happenend when the Wilhelm Gustloff sank and I'm not able to imagine how traumatic it had to be for the people who were involved. We get just a glimpse of a feeling from Ruta Sepetys how it really felt and it's shocking and fascinating simultaneously. Ruta Sepetys did a great job here and if you are into historical fiction you should definitely read it!
