Agnes Grey is a simple but lovely novel that is short and easily digestible - though it can’t compare to Wuthering Heights. Some passages were particularly eloquent, and I enjoyed her (relatable) musings on being the youngest sister. I also found the character of Rosalie fascinating; I feel in the modern day she would be something of an anti-hero.
