This story has a really intriguing set up and I'm really keen to see where it's going to go. I was surprised and kind of pleased that for once we don't actually reach the event mentioned in the super long title within the first volume.
The world building is really nice and I'm looking forward to learning more about the world. Ruri is an immediately likable protagonist and we meet other really cool characters in this volume too.
I had no idea what to expect from this book as I had heard nothing about it when I picked it up. So I was really happy to find a very enjoyable story. I am looking forward to reading further volumes in this series.
