I didn't quite know what to give this book. I felt it was in no way a 3 as I truly enjoyed it up till the last few chapters. It's epically long with every scene giving the same feeling as a 40 minute episode to a show. Which isn't a terrible thing but once the ending was also being elongated I found I wanted it to it. Really the writing is incredible and I loved how I truly felt I was reading a genuinely good story rich with storytelling. I just didn't like some plot armor *cough* Mrs. Harrogate*cough* and the ending left me wanting it to get to the point, kinda just wanting it to be more straight forward i guess even though i fully well know theres a sequel just as epically long. Other than that I truly felt it was a four star read still and highly still recommend if you can put in the time!

Likes:
- Rich storytelling
-deeply detailed and feels real
- gives show like qualities
- most characters were likeable and I wanted to see where they ended up
-Most of the fight scenes were epic and left me thrilled

Dislikes:
- Extremely long that sometimes I felt things could have been left out or simply shortened
-Mrs. Harrogate
-I couldn't wait for the end which gave me a icky feeling given I felt it was truly being dragged out unnecessarily

Favorite Characters: Charlie and Alice for sure!
