The Sandman Vol. 8: Worlds' End by Neil Gaiman

3.0

this volume's giving a similar structure as Fables and Reflections but this one's my least favorite so far, as opposed to the sixth vol. and others for its one-shot-like tales that are hardly interesting perhaps only because of the execution but I still appreciate the concept. also when did the graphic artist turned abstract and minimalist (talking about issue #51) lmao

excerpts:
issue #51
"Is there any person in the world who does not dream? Who does not contain within them worlds unimagined?"

issue #56
"When a world ends, there's always something left over. A story, perhaps, or a vision, or a hope."
