I decided to read the book after I watched the movie. The movie is amazing and definitely one of my favorites. I thought the book was good, but not the best. I loved the characters and how Pat went about his relationship with each one of them. Pat's view on life is so hopeful and tragic, which made me like him even more. There were some points where the book dragged on a little, but when certain events occurred, I was extremely curious to see how they'd play out!
