I’m gonna have to give it 3 ⭐️. I didn’t love it but I did think some of the experiences were interesting. It makes me feel like I was watching for colored girls but a much more in depth version of each woman’s story. I really wanted to love this because I’ve been hearing it recommended as a great sapphic read but it wasn’t what I expected. It can be triggered for people who have dealt with various forms of ab*se, but I liked how it included the trans and nonbinary women in this discussion of what womanhood is. There’s no one definition of womanhood, it’s a different experience for everyone. Loved that message.
