Ngl, I was stoked when this arc arrived - I’m a big fan of McManus!
I was completely enraptured in this book, I didn’t want to stop reading it.
Following Brynn and Tripp’s perspectives, we find out about a teacher that was murdered 4 years prior. Brynn is investigating the cold case as part of her internship at a true crime show. Tripp is one of the students that found the teacher. You just know that secrets are going to be found out and Brynn isn’t stopping till she gets them all.
I really enjoyed this book. It’s quite fast paced and full of twists. I honestly did not guess the killer, even though I feel like it was quite obvious when I thought about it! I feel like I was enjoying the book too much to even do any of the murder solving…
