Scarlett Avery brought the angst and heartbreak with Always Love. I love age gap romances and this was one of the best I've read in some time. Add in the forbidden aspect and you've got my attention. Stasia may have been the one pining from the beginning, so much that she ran off with a broken heart, but she came back a woman who knew what she wanted and was not settling for less.
Of course Jagger takes notice of the fierce woman Stasia is upon her return, and slowly comes around to aligning his heart with his head. When these two finally come together all bets are off. They have undeniable chemistry in and out of the bedroom and I was rooting for their HEA from beginning to end.
