The author does a great job of keeping track of details, and exploring a ton of consequences of invisibility that I would never think of. I would say the writing is very thorough, which is both good and bad. It makes the story feel very real, but it also makes the book drag a bit. On the plus side, it was also wryly humorous throughout.
