i just know i would’ve loved this if it was simply a stand-alone, it wasn’t included in the series and i didn’t have reckless to compare it to

the vibes just weren’t the same. there was a real lack of the group dynamic and a lack of friendships!!! one thing i wish we’d gotten more of was bailey and the girls and bailey finding herself through friendships, rather than just through her relationship with beau.

i still enjoyed it but this one just felt a lot different compared to the others. there was a lot of potential in the characters and plot that was wasted. also, the progression in their relationship felt quite weird and i can’t put my finger on why that is. i think it was just too quick and it ended up feeling unnatural to me and it led to their words feeling empty when they were confessing their love for each other which, by the way, happened WAY too quickly

also i wish the epilogue was longer (a longer dinner scene and a proper ending to the series) and rather than a set-up for the next series but that’s just me

i still had fun and i’m always gonna love it simply because i could get more sneak peeks into previous characters that i’ve loved so much AND I WISH WE’D GOTTEN MORE WINTER AND THEO CRUMBS!
