First of all I need to reiterate how much I'm in awe of Sanderson's creative skills. Never would I imagine him writing this kind of novels judging on what I've already read by him, and once again he surprised me. Kudos to you!
To the novel now. I enjoyed Sanderson's usual skills in character building and in showing rather than telling the world that the characters live in. I had the softest spot for Abraham and Cody! Well developed, well thought out, the ending caught me by surprise, however this one liked a spark for me, something to grip me and not let me go.
I will most definitely go and look for Firefight! :)
