Raynor Winn captured another epic journey through her beautiful description and notes about nature.
This time, Ray and Moth take a trip to Scotland to complete the Cape Wrath Trail in the hope of easing Moth’s worsening symptoms - many many obstacles will stand in their way, not least the fallout of the COVID pandemic.
I loved the hopefulness in this book - tinged with sadness as Ray discusses the ever worsening climate crisis and its effect on our landscape and wildlife. There is such a beautiful hope in her personal story and their journey took them to many places we have been- which made me instantly want to get on the road back to Scotland.
A must read for nature and hiking lovers
