Food Rules: An Eater's Manual by Michael Pollan

4.0

The hype and readability of this book eclipse its usefulness. If you’re young healthy, fit, and near goal weight, it’s probably a great read. I found it novel, refreshing, but ultimately oversimplified. It’s almost as if nutrition, diet, health, and food systems are more complicated topics that leave one hungry for more.
