I had a lot of fun with this book! This one was way more intriguing than My Temptation.

And the entire scandal was so infuriating! I know she was in love with him but, wow, she seemed like a teary fangirl. It was hard to read. I’m glad she stuck her guns and didn’t give in to him so easily, as well.

A richer character was appalled by a poorer character’s use of Uber Eats. He said something along the line of “what if they drug your food and then return to have their way with you”. And then he came back and used it as a flirt saying that he would come back for her. Which made me cringe. There was also a time in which a character woke up another character by, uh, sexy stuff. Waking someone up with non consensual sex is not sex.
