Gender Queer by Maia Kobabe

5.0

I really enjoyed this comic/graphic novel about being genderqueer. There’s not much representation out there and I feel that through this memoir it was a great starting point for anyone wanting to learn or those of us trying to figure out ourselves still.
I mostly loved the raw truth shown in this book; the reality of how hard it is to come out or the struggles of identity and not having representation. It also showed some really beautiful heart warming scenes.
Totally recommend!
