Darling Venom by Parker S. Huntington
5.0
I honestly don’t think I can put into words how much I loved this book.
Was it long, and I was a little skeptical about a girl falling in love with her dead best friend’s brother? Yes.
But did it also have me sobbing, highlighting like crazy, and wanting to read the authors entire backlist? Also yes.
This book touched on death and grief in such a raw manner that I don’t think I’ll ever recover from.
There were multiple scenes I went back and read over again, and I bought a physical copy before I even finished.
Absolutely would recommend to people to read, but as always, check your trigger warnings and bring your tissues.
