More and more chaos! Chopper's third rumble ball form reminds me of a creature I vaguely remember from something I've watched as a kid, but I can't remember specifically what movie, show or comic it was. Ruffy becoming tiny was kind of funny. Frankie is just bizarre. I like Zorro's casual feelings about cutting off a limb, and then running to find Chopper to get it sewn on again. The secretary's powers are so weird, and well, so is the rest of CP9 really.
