Probably my favorite of the 3 in terms of plot. Nothing nearly as corny either and I didn’t feel it was too dragged out at any point. 

Darcy could be a little frustrating at points because of just how badly her self esteem could misinterpret the situation but it’s a part of her character.


As for Kit, I wish he would have had a little more to him than just a classically “evil” take. Aka he is misogynistic and can’t take Darcy seriously as her own person. I have a hard time believing if that’s how Kit was Hayden should have picked up on that from the entire time knowing him.


I love the idea of Hayden being in love with Darcy for yeeeeears and all the tension from pining for her. That’s something I love to see in friends to lovers romance.
