Kinda disappointed by this. I think it’s a rare case where the movie is better than the book. It’s still a decent read, but it’s filled with racist slurs which are so unsavoury, found it pretty hard to keep reading on account of this. His character is no where near as charming or redeemable as Hollywood made him. Also there is no ‘run Forrest run’…
