A tender, introspective, hopeful, and moving read about a young man facing his demons. I was inspired by the messaging of friendships and kindness offering a vehicle of change, as well as the strength that comes from believing that the only thing you can control is yourself. An empowering story and opportunity for readers to develop an awareness and empathy towards anyone struggling with food consumption.
