5.0

0I don't usually read self health books I'm more of romance reader, but when the author reached out to me on Instagram I said why not? And I'm glad I gave this book a chance.

As someone who had a difficult teenagehoud and struggled with mental health I wished I had this book at that time, it would have changed a lot. It's a book that CAN help teenage girls when they are at an age where everything can seem dire and impossible. The author talks about self love, confidence, mind power, how to forgive and believe in ourselves and how mistakes are inevitable. And gives dily exercises that help build a strong self esteem, exercises that guide you to self reflection and to learn and love yourself.

In my opinion this book in not only for teenage girls but for everyone woman out there who's struggling with self-love. I'm happy I read this book and I thank the author for providing me with a copy.

Ps: the layout of the book is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! And there are so many beautiful images and quotes that made me fall in love with it.
