I don’t know how to come up with a coherent way to describe this book, so I’ll just say this.
This book left me wounded and addicted. I thought about it for days—weeks after finishing it. I will never recover from it, and I will never forget it. I don’t often give books five stars, but R.F. Kuang earned them easily for rocking my world so thoroughly.
