This book was just meh for me. My honest to goodness favorite part was about John and his dad and how towards the end of the book they finally truly understood and appreciated each other. A lot of the plot was very predictable and just didn't entice me. For this book being a shorter read, it took me over a month to complete because it didn't keep pulling me back. I had a hard time wanting to pick it up and read.
Overall, decent, but predictable romance story.
