I genuinely thought we’re only about to get Manuela’s hot girl summer in Paris but what we ended up getting was so much more. A story of two strong and passionate women each dealing with their own challenges in a world that’s filled with misogyny and homophobia. And through it all, finding that sea lo que sea, el amor prospera.

Cora’s storyline had me so intrigued. The world has not been kind to her and she’s had no choice but to put walls in an effort to be treated equally amongst men. Manuela having to sacrifice her freedom and happiness for her parents selfishness made me feel for her.
Cora and Manuela are my Roman Empire. Their love for one another was so beautiful and at times I couldn’t help but chuckle at times.

THE CHEMISTRY. THE SPICE. Adriana, yet again served us another gem.
