Royally Endowed

I gave this book two stars instead of one because I actually finished it. Although the only reason I finished it was because I listened to it on tape and the prologue was intriguing enough to make me want to know how it ended. Turns out the ending was just as boring at the book. This was not a romance. There was nothing romantic about what the two main characters felt about each other. They felt lust and that was the sum total of their "connection". It's all they mentioned for 5 years, how much they wanted to get into each other's pants. Over and over again. While using lots of profanity. How romantic. And so much profanity. Pretty much every other sentence. Apparently the author thinks if a person uses the F word over and over again everything is so much more passionate. "I f@$%ing love you" is so much more romantic that "I love you". My husband must not love me enough since he has never said that to me. Although he knows if he told me that we would have words. They even talk about the "F@$%ing babies" but in a positive way. Saying the F word before every noun or verb means you really like something in this author's mind. This is the first and last book I will ever read by her. Oh, and there are dead puppies in this book. Maybe I should only give it one star.
