Not My Match by Ilsa Madden-Mills

It's like Ali Hazelwood wrote a millionaire sports romance, since I am a huge fan of women in STEM and football reading this is like having the best of both worlds!

At first I had a hard time liking Giselle because of her relationship with Preston in the first book, but she's such a likeable character especially since she's also a physicist. She's quirky and weird, she plays pranks on Devon, says strange things and even makes up entire alternate realities.

Devon is the perfect bad boy jock to even out this weird little romance. He's hurt from his past and trying his hardest to not fall in love again. He's pretty full of himself, as he should be since he's the best wide receiver in the league.

I did think that since it took so long to get these two together there wouldn't be a 3rd act breakup and I was incorrect in that aspect, which is a bummer, but I guess it all worked out well in the end with a sweet little HEA.
