I love the art in this so much! It’s perfect for fall. I love all the elements in this: witches, a frog and cat companion, a princess, and I love the characters. The story is interesting, fun, and also emotional, it pulled on my heartstrings as the characters grew closer. The whole time I was reading I enjoyed the art and thought I’m happy there’s 2 more books in the series after this one. I wasn’t expecting it to get so dark at the end, I wish it had been more lighthearted because that’s just what I prefer and I think the story is really good without having to add the murder at the end. I really enjoyed the extras after it ended, they made me smile and laugh. I look forward to reading the second one!

Reread and loved it even more now that I’ve read and loved the whole series 😊
