The Rise of the Dragon does not add anything new to Fire and Blood but is the perfect complementary piece. It's artwork is stunning (besides one or two questionable ones) and brings a fresh visual language that contrasts the dominant style of the HBO shows. And I have to admit, this may be my favourite visual portrayal of A Song of Ice and Fire I've seen yet. Thoroughly enjoyed tearing through the story again, it was presented in a very straightforward fashion.
