I LOVED the Harriet the Spy movie when I was 11, but I never read the book as a child (I guess I didn't know it was based off of a book?).
Having finally read the book as an adult, I am kind of mixed on how I feel about it. Perhaps if I was the target age range I would've enjoyed it more.. but I just can't really get behind the ending/moral of the story at all.
