Halle and Henry’s journey from friends to lovers is so sweet and authentic it was hard not to love them. Out of the three books in the series, hands down my favorite!
I loved returning to Maple Hill and being with the gang again. I think it’s so awesome Hannah finds way to bring the OGs who have graduated from book one back in small doses too. I loved precious sweet Henry finally getting to take over in the spotlight . I loved Halle as well because I see a lot of myself in her especially with being an overthinker and severe people pleaser.
These two, Henry and Hallie were relationship goals. I love that they build a friendship before having a romantic relationship. Henry has been one of my favorites since the beginning of this series and I was not disappointed with his story. The writing has grown in the best way possible since Icebreaker. There's not a lot of conflict between Henry and Halle so this isn't the book for you if you're looking for something with angst, but their communication and growth together is phenomenal.
Such a good swoony romance!!!
