I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this little novella. I love books with a lot of character development and this one had more than I was expecting. I enjoyed the gothic setting, and there was a compelling, cohesive plot. The twist was great. Overall, this novella just surprised me, and I had a good time with it. Worth the read!
