Very in depth knowledge on Celtic magic and folk traditions which is what I love. Danu goes through the elements of wind, water, earth, and fire how to work with each doing divination and the spirits of respected elements. How to create your own divination kit with natural resources, connecting to the land spirits and house spirits. Deities on connecting with Cernunnos the wild huntsman who rules over wild animals, how to connect with said animals. Shapeshifiting as well. She goes in depth with great detail and exercises which is really nice. I’m not really connected to Celtic paganism but I can use what she wrote and adapt into my own practice.
