The Pearl Sister
by Lucinda Riley
I dont know why I stopped reading Lucinda Riley's The Seven Sisters series after book nr.3 even if I loved them all. Probably cause I got frightened of four more 500+ pages books. But I have finally decided to keep reading them, and they read so fast I managed to finish the book nr. 4 in only a couple of days.
The Pearl Sister tells a story about CeCe D'Apliese and her quest in finding her biological family after death of her adoptive father. Through England, Thailand and Australia, this book is a journey of its own. It talks a lot about Australian culture and art and that is definitely something I have thoroughly enjoyed. Even though there were some parts that could be easily cut out, I found the characters interesting and vivid, and the plot kept me intrigued till the end. Overall, its one more amazing sequel of the series I would easily recommend.
