Well, this was something…

To be honest, the ending chapter felt like it was never going to end. It was annoyingly boring, and I feel like it didn’t add anything to the plot. It’s just there, to reach the word count goal.

Also, chapter fifteen almost ruined the book for me. We had finally made Phillip kind of likable, and Julia Quinn pulls up that situation —which, by the way, didn’t get ANY resolution whatsoever, or if it got one, it was terribly done.

I enjoyed the book until
the got married
. After that, it got progressively worse and boring.
