if you love horror, unhinged characters, & gory smut - welcome to satan’s affair. i was introduced to h.d. carlton through the cat & mouse duet & loveeed it. i wish i knew about satan’s affair beforehand! reading it first or after the duet doesn’t really matter; you’ll either be introduced first hand & get a taste of sibby & zade or you’ll want to go back & reread the duet afterwards. i do recommend reading it first though! satan’s affair gives you a background story of our favorite unhinged character, sibel dubious & how satan’s affair became a part of her world. if u’ve read the duet first, we get to relive one of the scenes but in sibby’s pov! the epilogue was probably my favorite part of the book because it answered a lot of questions i had with sibby. i definitely want to go back & reread the duet just cause. i can’t wait for sibby’s duet to be released!
