I received an advance reader copy from Edelweiss.
The final book of the Bone Spindle trilogy was an amazing end to the story. The Cursed Rose continues shortly after the second book ended but transitions smoothly. As with the previous books the storyline is easy to follow yet you still have some unknowns lurking in the background. I love how the author not only has done a gender bent storyline with some classic fairytale characters but also gives these tales a background and history. This makes the story much richer. You also continue to feel attached to the characters and hope for their future. I won’t give anything away but I’m glad with how the story ends. Things don’t always go as planned but someone will get their happy ending.
