3.5 for good writing and decent innovation, I just wasn’t a fan of all the emphasis on “this is a mystery and I’m a clever sleuth and look at me, I figured out a thing that no one else did,” at least not in so many words, maybe. Otherwise I really liked the narration of it and the science fiction was intriguing.
