I've always been a sucker for dragons in my fantasy novels, and this really filled that need. While I feel like the characters could have had more depth, and there was some very obvious plot twists, I was engrossed in the plot and the enemies to lovers slow burn~
I think if I could change anything, is that there was a bit more expansion on the existing relationships and not just the ones formed. (Like I wanna know more about the MC's dad) But I also know we will likely get more in the sequel! Already pre-ordered and ready to dive back in.
