Crier's War by Nina Varela
5.0
and... i died.
how i supposed to live after that? because i won't.
this book was perfect to the first word until the last sentence. and perfect is a little word.
the world building is insane!! the author worked so hard to give us such a good world with a complex history. i love that sooo much omg.
but the best is : the characters and their complex personality. i was amazed by them and when i wrote them, i talked about Crier and Ayla indeed.
i fell in love with Crier. immediately. her elegance, her kindness, her intelligence and sensibility. how amazing she was! i can't stop thinking about her. really.
and Ayla, her sweet anger, this stupid but endearing human took my heart (and Crier's one).
the end killed me. a hundred times. the tension killed me too, the story did too.
i'm dead inside.
and that will be so hard to wait the next book.
so i'll buy it immediately. for my mental health... indeed.
read it.
