I originally started this book in late August last year, but couldn't finish in time before Libby returned it. But I just finished it today, and while it was good, I don't think I'm too inclined to read the rest of the trilogy. In fact, I didn't realize it was the first book in a trilogy until it ended. But that doesn't take away from the fact that I thought the book was overall interesting, with some pretty solid characters. I especially loved Tarquin was simply down bad for Naira, and how Naira was badass without being verging into the YA badass female trope.
