Effortless: Make It Easier to Do What Matters Most by Greg McKeown

hopeful informative inspiring reflective medium-paced

Imagine that you went through a process of reprioritizing your life by detoxing from things, relations, and tasks, getting to the point of essentialism, where you think you have a good handle on what is the most important to you in your personal life, career, health and whatever other conceivable domain.

Yet you still feel overwhelmed and exhausted and often question how you will make it all work and how to achieve your desired results. Working harder and longer is not the answer. You have to find a different path.

This book's premise is about making your most essential activities easier. I didn't agree with all the examples the author provided, but I took many notes, highlighted many sections, and almost broke down when I got to the book's conclusion. It hit home profoundly.
